ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment is specially developed to repair severely damaged hair, such as hair that is breaking, over-processed, bleached or severely damaged. This intensive treatment is also ideal as a pre-color treatment, as it helps to maintain the color longer.

The two-step approach is the most effective method to repair damaged hair, especially for hair that:

• Too weak or fine for a perm or relaxer (use one week before treatment).
• Is excessively bleached.
• Has trouble retaining color (use before coloring for 30% less fading after 10 washes).
• Breaks when combing or brushing.

How to use:

1. Gently wash hair with ApHogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair and rinse thoroughly. Pat hair dry with a towel.
2. Apply enough ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment to fully saturate hair. Comb through with a wide-toothed comb for even distribution.
3. Leave hair uncovered and place client under dryer with medium heat and high airflow. (Use hand dryer as an alternative, but do not move hair while drying).
4. Once the treatment has dried, the hair becomes extremely hard. Do not comb or brush the hair at this stage.
5. Re-wet hair and rinse gently with warm water. Remove any residue of dried egg white and pat hair dry.
6. Apply ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer to hair and scalp. Leave for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
7. Style hair as desired.
