- Daily use: Spray on dry or damp hair and style as desired.

- For deep conditioning: Spray liberally on wet hair, cover with a plastic cap and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse lightly.
- Curl refresh: Spray on existing curls or twists, use fingers to reshape.
